Terms of Service

These terms are between you and WHYUS? (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of the interface at whyus.fun. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the interface.

WHYUS? is self-custodial interface software. We are not an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian or payment institution, we never hold your assets or your keys, and we do not act as your agent or adviser. Trades, limit orders and card payments are quoted and executed by independent third-party protocols and providers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You may not use WHYUS? if you are subject to sanctions, or if using it would break the law where you are, including local rules on trading, capital controls or restricted jurisdictions. Card services are provided by a regulated third party and may not be available in your country.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase and the transactions you approve. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us or anyone else. Check the details your wallet shows before you sign, and never share a seed phrase with anyone, including anyone claiming to be our support.

A fee of 3% is included in swap routes on the networks where the interface applies it, and is shown before you confirm. Third-party protocols and payment providers charge their own fees — for card purchases and sales those are shown on the provider's checkout. Network gas costs are yours.

A limit order is a message you sign and submit to the CoW Protocol orderbook; it does not move funds until a solver fills it at your limit price or better. Quotes, fills and cancellations depend on that network's solvers and liquidity, so an order may rest unfilled, fill partially, or expire. We do not guarantee execution.

Buying or selling with a card is provided by MoonPay and its banking partners, who perform identity checks and handle the money movement under their own terms. We pass your request to them and never see your card or bank details. Availability, limits and settlement times are theirs to determine.

Swaps are routed to third-party liquidity, including through 0x, Uniswap-style pools and Jupiter on Solana. Their availability, correctness and terms are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own agreements.

Do not use WHYUS? to break any law, to launder money or evade sanctions, to buy or sell assets you are not entitled to, to attack or overload the service, to scrape it at scale, or to mislead others about what the interface does. See the Guidelines for more detail.

Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Smart contracts, bridges, oracles, routers and market makers can fail or be exploited; quotes can move between the moment you see them and the moment your transaction is mined; and a limit order may be filled at a worse moment than you expected. You use the interface at your own risk and with money you can afford to lose.

Nothing in WHYUS? is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing we show is a recommendation to trade. Make your own decisions and seek professional advice where you need it.

The interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy of quotes, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the interface will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost assets, lost opportunity or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the interface. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim or 100 USD.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the interface.

We may change the interface or these terms, and may restrict access where we must for legal or security reasons. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which WHYUS? operates, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
