Privacy Policy

WHYUS? (“we”, “us”) is the non-custodial trading interface operated at whyus.fun. This policy explains what we handle when you use it, and how to reach us on X (@whyusdotfun) or Telegram (t.me/whyusdotfun).

You can use WHYUS? without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address or identity documents to trade. In normal use we handle:

• the public wallet addresses you connect, and the chain you are connected to;
• the tokens, amounts and orders you enter, while your session is open;
• public blockchain data needed to build and check a transaction or order;
• basic technical data such as request logs and error reports, which may include your IP address.

We do not hold your funds and never see your private keys, seed phrase or wallet password. We do not collect card numbers, bank details or identity documents: when you buy or sell with a card, the payment provider collects and verifies those details directly. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

To quote and settle a trade, your request is sent to independent service providers, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

• 0x and Jupiter for swap routing and pricing;
• CoW Protocol for limit orders, including the orders you sign and the wallet address that owns them;
• MoonPay for card purchases and sales, including the identity checks it is required to perform;
• blockchain RPC and node providers, and logo or asset image hosts.

Because blockchains are public, any transaction or signed order you create is visible to anyone, permanently, together with the wallet address that submitted it.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps only your interface preferences, such as light or dark mode, and any session your wallet or a service provider stores.

Order and quote requests may be logged briefly for security, debugging and abuse prevention, and are deleted or aggregated once they are no longer needed. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local authority. Message us on X (@whyusdotfun) or Telegram (t.me/whyusdotfun) and we will respond as required by law. Data that exists only on a public blockchain is outside our control and cannot be amended by us.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

WHYUS? is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly handle their data.

We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. The date above shows the current version; material changes will be highlighted in the interface.
